Noomz Freeze-Dried Sweets are your favorite candies transformed through a freeze-drying process that removes moisture while intensifying flavour and creating a unique, crunchy texture. We offer a variety of treats– from fruity gummies to rich chocolates – that provide a new and exciting way to enjoy classic sweets.

How is freeze-drying different from regular drying methods?

Freeze-drying involves freezing the sweets at extremely low temperatures and then placing them in a vacuum chamber where the ice transitions directly from solid to vapor (a process called sublimation). This method preserves the candy's shape, flavour, and nutritional content better than traditional drying, resulting in a light, airy, and crispy treat.
